For example, during the renovation of the Amsterdam Rolex Boutique. “A lot of natural stone and light colours were used here, in combination with the striking Rolex Green,” says Olaf Söder, facility and special project manager at Schaap en Citroen. “The sales area has been expanded and spacious seating areas have been created.”

Multibrand Boutique

Van den Pol also played a role in the renovation of the jewelry house on PC Hooftstraat. “This Multibrand Boutique features new shop-in-shops from Cartier, Piaget, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Breitling, Tudor and Panerai, among others.”

Responsible choice

During renovations, Van den Pol replaces all lighting with LED. “LED offers many possibilities for creating atmosphere and appearance; we choose the optimal version in close consultation with the architect. LED is also a responsible choice from the perspective of energy saving and sustainability.”

Motivated professionals

When assembling the shop-in-shops of the various brands, different groups of people are working in a store at the same time. “This requires a lot of flexibility plus careful communication,” says Söder. “Van den Pol handles this very well, with short lines that allow for quick switching. Their motivated professionals are careful and think in solutions. That works very pleasantly.”
