Liemès is a new food concept with a wide culinary variety. Initiator Ed Binders is the founder and managing director of Amac, the largest Apple Premium Reseller in the Netherlands. “My driving force is my personal passion for good, distinctive food.” Liemès is located in The Wall along the A2 near Utrecht, under the Amac head office.

“On 1,500 m2, eleven different kitchens offer something for everyone. From Asian cuisines to burgers, from Spanish to hopefully a personal favorite – Arabic/Ottolenghi cuisine. ” Restaurateurs are completely unburdened. “We arrange everything, from furniture and service to the scullery.

Van den Pol is a permanent partner of Amac and also installed the head office in The Wall. In Liemès, Van den Pol was responsible for the complete electrical installation and lighting. “There are at least 15 kilometres of cables here. Because The Wall is gas-free, cooking is done on induction. Determining the required total power was quite a challenge. Each kitchen has a distribution box. Here too, we leave nothing to chance.”
