Hotel Twenty Seven and restaurant Bougainville
Guests at TwentySeven literally lack nothing. Eric Toren’s new hotel on Dam Square in Amsterdam is all about hospitality, service and luxury.
Assignment for Van den Pol: install technology in such a way that even the most pampered hotel guests are satisfied. Among other things, Van den Pol realized the E-installations, data network, fire alarm system and lighting. That, like the climate, can be controlled via a home automation system. With iPads, different lighting scenes can be set up.
No suite at TwentySeven is alike. “That requires an installer who is experienced and flexible,” says Toren. “But what is required here above all is the ability to put yourself in the shoes of the end user, the hotel and our guests. Whether they are elderly and not into equipment or young and keen on the latest gadgets, everyone should feel comfortable here. Installations must be well thought out, easy to operate and contribute at a high level to comfort and well-being.”
