Amac is by far the largest Apple Premium Reseller in the Netherlands. With 47 stores and online, the company serves both private and business customers.

The former head office in the center of Utrecht had been too small for some time. “Gradually the idea arose to concentrate head office, store and logistics center in one location,” says founder and CEO Ed Bindels. The choice fell on The Wall, the red shopping and experience center along the A2 near Utrecht.

Dealing with time pressure

During the major renovation, Van den Pol was responsible for the complete electrical installation including lighting, data, security, access control, fire alarm and evacuation system. “They have been supporting us for many years with all electrical installations,” says Bindels. “This involves both new construction and modifications to existing stores. Thanks to our long collaboration, Van den Pol knows our working method like no other. They can easily deal with the time pressure associated with a store renovation.
