Our Industrial Automation business unit ensures that processes function optimally worldwide. Connecting with young talent is a prerequisite for innovation and continuing to offer customers the best solutions. We therefore have a close relationship with training providers such as the Hogeschool Utrecht Networking days, company visits, internships and graduation assignments provide insight into the world of industrial automation.
Young talent finds its way to the Industrial Automation business unit in various ways. Many mechanics are trained in the Van den Pol Topklas. During this training they can gain experience in the Van den Pol branches.
Common ground
Some of the employees at Industrial Automation have completed a study at the ‘university of applied sciences’ “Ten colleagues came from the Utrecht University of Applied Sciences (HU), just like me,” says work planner Marleen Habes. She completed a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. The Industrial Automation business unit has close ties with the HU.
