VvE Metea supports owners’ associations in every area imaginable, from structural issues to organizing meetings and managing the accounts, for example. “For more than thirty years,” says Nadine Reniers-Vink, Managing Director and co-owner. “Our growth has accelerated in recent years. We now manage over 1,000 Owners’ Associations.”

Welcome support

This development is the result of deliberate choices. “We have stopped managing residential property portfolios and are focusing on managing Owners’ Associations. More and more housing corporations are also becoming clients.” It is not surprising that Owners’ Associations are seeking support. “The issues they face are comprehensive and complex. Consider the increasing legislation and regulations. Installations are also becoming increasingly complex.”

Preferred Supplier

Where necessary, VvE Metea calls upon specialists. “As one of the preferred suppliers, Van den Pol is the first point of contact for electrical malfunctions. Their 24-hour service is a major advantage in this regard. A maintenance partner must act quickly, be reliable, and skilled. I have never experienced Van den Pol being unable to resolve a problem.”

Indispensable specialist

We also provide regular maintenance for a number of complexes. “As a partner to property owners, they are proficient in multiple disciplines: electrical work, converting lighting to LED, fire alarm systems and intercoms, but also solar panels and charging stations. Access to a wide range of services is available through a single point of contact. We regularly call upon their expertise, for example in the field of fire safety. Regulations change frequently and information from the fire department is sometimes ambiguous. Specialist support is therefore indispensable.”

Both VvE Metea and Van den Pol have long tenures. Reniers: “I have been working here for 25 years now, and it is great to see technicians from the early days grow within the company.
