A new headquarters location for ING is being developed on Bijlmerdreef in Amsterdam. Linden will be a future-proof and climate-proof office building with thirteen floors, two interconnected buildings, six atriums and a gross floor area of 51,000 m². “The ambition is to obtain a BREEAM-NL Outstanding certificate,” says Pieter Meerkerk, project manager at Klimaatservice Holland BV

Linden is also a state-of-the-art complex with high-quality installations and extensive facilities. “We apply our broad expertise to this, with not only the complete electrical installation but also the lighting, fire alarm and evacuation system, solar panels, charging stations, data installation, emergency power supply, lightning protection and cabling for the access control and alarm system.”
