Everything must be right
Just like FIRST (Rotterdam), Hourglass (Zuidas) and the Booking.com headquarters (Oosterdokseiland), Linden fits perfectly in the list of prestigious projects of Van den Pol Elektrotechniek. “Another good impression.”
A new headquarters location for ING is being developed on Bijlmerdreef in Amsterdam. Linden will be a future-proof and climate-proof office building with thirteen floors, two interconnected buildings, six atriums and a gross floor area of 51,000 m². “The ambition is to obtain a BREEAM-NL Outstanding certificate,” says Pieter Meerkerk, project manager at Klimaatservice Holland BV
Broad specialization
Just like FIRST (Rotterdam), Hourglass (Zuidas) and the Booking.com headquarters (Oosterdokseiland), Linden fits perfectly in the list of prestigious projects of Van den Pol Elektrotechniek. “Another good impression,” says Jan van den Brink, Business Unit Manager Utilities and project manager for Van den Pol for this project.
Linden is also a state-of-the-art complex with high-quality installations and extensive facilities. “We apply our broad expertise to this, with not only the complete electrical installation but also the lighting, fire alarm and evacuation system, solar panels, charging stations, data installation, emergency power supply, lightning protection and cabling for the access control and alarm system.”
Trusted partners
“It is a great advantage that many construction partners know each other,” says Jan. “We have successfully completed challenging projects in the past with installation manager IMWes and HVAC installer Klimaatservice Holland. Dura Vermeer is also a trusted partner, including the NoMA House in Amsterdam and its own office building in Utrecht.
