Bypass grid congestion
Our clients are increasingly dealing with grid congestion in new construction projects. Despite the limited capacity on the energy grid, we usually manage to configure the installations in such a way that developments are still possible. In most cases, it involves a combination of generation and storage with an EMS (Energy Management System). This ensures an optimal interplay of all components.
Smart Solutions
Recent examples of smart solutions for grid congestion by Van den Pol are distribution center LC 1220 in Gouda and the Utrecht Central Plaza office in Utrecht. In the studios and apartments in HoeveRijk, the capacity of the geothermal heat pump system in particular means that an EMS is required to remain within the space of the energy connection.

In our experience, if you keep fielding a different team, you will never become champion. “That is why we like to work often with trusted partners like Trebbe,” says Bob. “As a co-maker, we were previously involved in a residential complex in the Utrecht district of Leeuwesteyn and a care facility in Apeldoorn, among others. Construction of 152 apartments for housing corporation Portaal will start soon in Maarssen.” At HoeveRijk, too, the added value of a well-coordinated partnership is evident.
