Finding affordable housing is a challenge for many young people. In Gouda, an innovative solution will soon be available: 1828 Gouda.
Together with builder De Vries en Verburg we find a trusted party. “Over the years we have already carried out many projects together, such as recently the new construction for Logistics and Environment of the TU Delft. We also realize all E-installations in Parel in de Polder, an extension of the own office of De Vries en Verburg in Stolwijk.
We were involved early in the trajectory of the residential building 1828 Gouda. We are responsible for the E-installation, access control, videophone and lighting in the common areas. The charging facilities for electric bicycles are also being installed by us, says Bob, our business unit leader Residential Construction.
There will be a total of 247 apartments.
