Van den Pol wants to exceed customer expectations so that they act as ambassadors. The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is an important indicator. This measures satisfaction and loyalty through a single question: would you recommend us to others? A grade indicates how likely customers find this to be.
Transparent ambition
This leads to an average rating: the NPS. The higher the score, the more likely a recommendation. An NPS above zero is neutral, above 50 is an excellent score. That is our goal. This ambition is transparent and that is why we share the current NPS here.
